Well, not EVERYONE. Not EVERYone speaks English. Or has cable. Or knows how to set their DVR. But of those that do, mostly some of all of them are very quite smitten with the idea of loving "Taste of America with Mark DeCarlo"

Well, the truth is, I have no way of knowing WHO or HOW MANY people actually watched the show. I just know that people stop me all the time on the street and ask me travel and food questions. I know that I can recite the FAA Safety speech, word for word...actually did it once for real on KLM. I also know that more fans are buying the book each week, which is very gratifying.

A Fork on the Road is a Travel book about funny people, ridiculous situations and the BEST FOOD IN AMERICA. After roadtripping and tasting over 400 recipes, Mark selected only the best 40 to be included in the book, along with the hilarious stories about how, when and why he discovered them. This isn't Man vs Food, this is Man LOVES Food... and the people who faithfully prepare it, keeping alive the memories, recipes and events that make up the best memories of our lives.
